Italian Grotto - Scottsdale

We had a great meal. We booked weeks in advance and even died so that we can order the debt for free. We arrived a few minutes early and got the WORST's most unfriendly attitude ever. It was like we were NOT welcome. After we had waited an hour, we did not just sit NOT, there was no repentance from the staff, we got an attitude. Why book if they don't mean anything? I checked other reviews and found the SOP. We should get this place out of business ASAP
