I have actually ordered, but the wrong place. jane, the take-out handle rose up and got my order in no time. even the initiative that helps in the back to do it in time. good witness. thanks! great customer service

Really fought. the service was very bad. my date was hot, but otherwise it was cold, forgetting our eating and then getting it out late and getting our order wrong. there were many games to be good? the personal tried to finish the place at 9 o'clock. I hope the personal is good because nobody was in good mood.

For lunch, not too busy, but a long time for the waitress to take our order. I think they need more training when sitting serviettes give. if there is a problem, they let the customers know. when they come to check them when they are empty, they take them away. work smarter not harder.

I have never eaten so badly in a BWW restaurant!My wife and I both had an appetite sampler.Everything was cold, the cheese on the nachos had hardened again, you could break my mozzarella sticks without the cheese pulling!My onion rings were deep fried into a compact clump!The waiter was a sleeping pill and didn't show any further interest either.After paying I waited for my change and I had to ask the waiter about it again!If there are hardly any guests in a BWW restaurant on a Friday evening, it should give you something to think about!I will never go to this BWW restaurant again!I can only advise you, don't go there!!! ??????????????

Such a disappointment. My husband and I got there around 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. The floors looked as if they had not been swept/vacuumed in a month. It took forever to get our food and the quality of the food was not good. The best part of my meal was the dr pepper that i ordered. With as many people as were working, the service should have been much better. We will never, under any circumstances, eat here again. Would rather eat at a gas station!
