Bidrage med feedbackFirst off, the staff at Adeline was great. They were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The rest of the hotel was not so great. While I'm sure it looked nice when it first opened, it now looks run down and shabby. The outside chair cushions were ripped and stained in most of the chairs. The pool area was packed with lounge chairs, but they were so tightly packed together (in order to fit in the absolute maximum amount I'm guessing). I had to physically move the chairs apart to make space to walk between them. The hotel hosts a public pool party every Saturday and Sunday, and that leaves the pool area with no room to even walk around. This likely contributes to the rundown look of the outside areas. Our room was alright; the bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom/shower was clean. There was about a 2 inch space at bottom of the door to outside, one that would be very easy for insects to crawl into the room. We kept a rolled up towel across the gap at night to prevent any unwelcome creepy crawlies. So while the service was good, the overall vibe of the hotel was spring breaker/bachelor party-esque. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.
My experience there was excellent, it's rep ad a Retro boutique hotel was only apparent in the Main lobby. The rooms while not completely modern like the structure and building design were O.G. building materials and methods, the furnishings and era were quite modern, but very nice.In comparison, don't expect the same as Valley Ho in overall appearance, style or volume, though definitely more budget friendly by doubleYou get what you pay for?Noteworthy details: The pool on the weekends was definitely on hit and lit if you are looking for that type of event, experience. DJ, huge size and excellent era quality pool.
First of all, when you pay for a poolside room and get a view of the back of the poolside bar building its ridiculous. Second I prepaid for my room, on check-in the front desk asked me for my card. I figured it was for any extra charges that would accrue. No they charged me for the room again. She said it was their fault and the charge would disappear. We'll it didn't, upon calling the hotel the front desk said that I never prepaid. I asked to speak to the manager who is very condescending and rude. She verified that my refund would now be released, it should of been released that same day. No apologies just rudeness.
The good: clean property and the staff we encountered was very kind. The restaurant is convenient and what we had was good. Located near high end shopping and some top tier restaurants. Beds are extremely comfy. The medium bad: iron was broken, shower was clogged and we were never given enough towels for two people. One day we got one towel. One. It was kinda ridiculously funny but I felt like a problem guest having to keep calling. The pool reminds me of a Vegas party pool. Keep that in mind if you have a family. It’s a remodeled older hotel so the doors face the parking lot. Heads up if you don’t like that. It’s not located near old Town. You’ll definitely need to drive
I was just here for my birthday weekend and had an amazing time! They offered a complimentary drink at check in and when my friend told them we were celebrating my birthday they showed up at the room with champagne and a cute happy birthday magnet for my door! You can tell that the staff enjoys working here. Everyone was so nice and made me feel special. We visited the pool party on Saturday for just a few hours. It was nice and the drinks were amazing! Be aware the dj plays all day on the weekends if that’s not your vibe, but we enjoyed it.Nearby activities: This hotel is in the perfect location, close to a ton of restaurants and nightlife. Everything is a short walk, drive or Uber ride away.Food drinks: I had free breakfast included in my rate and the quality of the breakfast was way more than my expectation! Would definitely recommend!Noteworthy details: Staff is so amazing! You can tell they genuinely care.
