Subway - Scone

The staff is welcoming, the coffee is delicious, and the subs/wraps are fantastic. We dined in for lunch and found the service to be top-notch. The price per person is between A$1-20. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere gets a 4.

They claimed to close at 8:30, but when I arrived at 10 past, they were already closed. What a disappointment! Rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1

I have seen a younger female staff member be treated as if she were subhuman by another worker (possibly manager). The staff member was making my sub, she was doing a good job, I had no problem with her speed or customer service. Another lady came out from the back of store and began berating her and speaking down to her in front of me. I felt so uncomfortable. I will return to the store to get the name of the lady who spoke poorly to the younger worker and I will make a formal complaint to customer service.
