Just because we parked there on the sidewalk in front, we noticed the owner and the menu in an afternoon visit to Sciacca. Enter, he described the fixed price menus available in the evening and everything. Cooked and eaten at dinner. Good carnage to the fire of vineyard, contour. Excellent pork bruschetta made by them for Thursday evening. The place is simple, being a basic butcher shop, but you go to eat and paying the reasonable, much less than in the city (Rome, Palermo) and better taste. Turned out in front of this place, we let ourselves be guided by instinct and decided to stop for dinner. Informal environment, very courteous staff, cut of meat cooked to perfection and very soft. We also tasted sea salad, hamburger and grilled sausage. All very good. In the end we were offered frozen coffee and watermelon. Last but not least the final account, which was not salted at all. If I have to go back to Sciacca, I'll definitely come back!
