Caheu Hofcafe Heuhotel - Schweringen

Very cozy, lovingly furnished café, in which we were able to warm up wonderfully on the cozy oven on a cool day during a bike tour. For us was opened a little earlier, coffee and cakes were very delicious! We'll be happy to come back if we're in the area again.

On a bike tour we came to the coffee drink. We have very delicious cake served by the boss himself. This even had time for a stimulating chat. Everything in a successful visit.

We were in CaHeu. Actually, we had booked a hotel room. With the expectations of a hotel room we were spontaneously transferred to the Heuhotel, which offered less comfort. A very exciting night I don't want to miss this experience! It was bitter lime (6 degrees) and we had the whole heupavillion for us we planted a lot of hay on us to not freeze. The owner is super nice: he has cooked a very tasty, homemade vegetarian soup for us, chat with us and heated the oven only for us. The garden is very beautiful, you can see and hear pigs, chickens and other animals. Warm showers are available. Everything very authentic!
