Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant with its beautiful outdoor garden is a safer place for the Austrian cuisine. the ingredients that are produced in the region and there is a young kitchen brigade that works perfectly! especially they also use many inner parts of the calf as...lever and brain etc. for traditional recipes.
We drove for a ride on the search for a beautiful Austrian restaurant and had luck. this is attached to the sea hotel in goldegg, definitiw away from the beaten path, but well worth the trip. hans had real wrinkles (yes, kalbsal), I had some of the most tender. chickens I have ever put in my mouth, and josh found his lamb ragout with polnta delectable. I love that they make the kartoffel and gurkensalat with yogurt, not mayonnaise so much better than the American kartoffelsalat. we also had a beautiful view from our table on the terrace. service was gracious and well-maintained, just remembering that they are in Europe where the food tends to take a more relaxed pace.
