50's Diner - Schwabach

Just like USA, loads of bacon with bacon & eggs. It's exactly like the diners you get in USA. Some period adverts line walls

Not at all what I expected, the restaurant looked nice. The food was alright, we got the mushrooms and they were very cold, the fresh rolls are not rolls at all it's more like a sub sandwich(I was expecting something like a dinner roll). When we got our drinks, they had Dr. Pepper in the special drinks section. They brought out a 12oz. can instead of a fountain drink and it was way overpriced. €3.10 for the special Dr. Pepper. The food was gross. Overall experience: It was Okay. They need to change the menu and use fresh ingredients instead of mushrooms out of the freezer. Also have actual rolls.

The design is definitely great and truly reminds me of American diners, however, the food doesnt have the expected taste. It is Germanized for local people and even though you can find stuff like onion rings and burgers on the menu, it doesnt taste the same as in the States. Milkshakes are not all that either. I see a great potential in this place that just need some improvement
