Restaurant Fuschertorl - Schüttdorf

A little slow service, but finally everything was fine. They are not friendly, but many of the guests are somewhat confused about the place. It's good to rest here, basically everything's okay. It is a pity that they want to make money from everything and pay extra for the use of the restaurant toilet, but the place itself is very nice and good.

From Innsbruck to the Gross Glockner Pass and further to Italy we came to this amazing alpine road. The landscape was so great and the road was very steep in places with many hairpin bends. At the highest point was this wonderful restaurant where we stopped for lunch. The place was very crowded, but we found a table inside and had a Hungarian goulash soup and a roasted cheese sandwich that were both very nice. After the meal we had a coffee outside, as admired the wonderful view. Would recommend to make this trip and of course stop at this restaurant.

On the way to the top of the Grossglockner we entered for lunch. Without other restaurants nearby, our expectations were low. We were very wrong. A very friendly welcome and super food at reasonable prices. Busy but service was good. Couldn't be guilty. We also thought of coffee on the way down and were recognized! That's the personal note.

Eine traumhaftes Erlebnis mit den Bikes die Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse zu befahren und dann oben angekommen am Fuschertörl bei gutem Wetter auf der Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Ausblick zu speisen..................empfehlenswert die österreichische regionale Küche sowie der freundliche und schnelle Service obwohl das Fuschertörl sehr gut besucht war................Tipp: von hier aus weiter zur Kaiser Franz Josef Höhe oder zur Edelweisspitze mehr geht einfach nicht....................
