Vesperstube Unterkrummenhof

Beautiful surroundings. 10 minutes' walk from Schluchsee Train Station. It was closed today. We have reviewed the website (not so detailed), but we have not found that it was closed.

The place is a few km from the parking lot, the path is quite uniform so everyone can make it there. The terrace is nice when the weather allows to sit outside, it is self-service (like Starbucks) and still they manage to be slow. Later, when more people appeared, this changed very slowly, and expect no kindness. The food was good. I didn't pay, so I can't say whether overpriced or reasonable. Toilets were clean.

If you are near Schluchsee, do not forget to visit Versperstube Unterkrummenhof. It's really worth a visit to eat deeply. You cannot reach it by car, only by boat, bicycle or hiking / hiking. Amazing view over the canyon lake and try at least her famous court Speckeier (eggs with bacon)! I and my brother really enjoyed it during our canyon walk. It is open from 10:00 to 17:00 and serves warm meals from 11:00.
