I return to this restaurant after a very positive experience and it was also this time. The thing that struck me immediately is the welcome and the environment very cudddling and welcoming. Very kind staff. We ate the homemade Fettuccine with Gamberoni and risotto with truffle, what to say spectacular, exceptional raw material and abundant dishes. What to say I was extremely impressed by my recent experience at the restaurant Garum in Schio. From the moment I entered, I was welcomed by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put at ease. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, Sania Martina and the wonderful Erica always ready to assist and provide recommendations on the menu dishes. The real star of the show, however, was the kitchen. Every course I tasted was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with mastery and with high quality ingredients. The flavors are harmonious and the presentations of the dishes were aesthetically pleasing. I particularly enjoyed their attention to detail and culinary creativity that made each dish a unique taste experience. Moreover, the wine card was exceptional, offering a wide selection of fine wines that perfectly accompanied the dishes I chose. The Garum restaurant is a culinary jewel in Schio. I discovered this restaurant since I am often in the working area, I was a Friday lunch with my very important customers, the restaurant has a fixed menu at very affordable price, the day was very rainy but have a nice covered audience, we still asked a table inside on a nice mezzanine where there was the possibility to have lunch and discuss also business. We chose dishes from the à la carte menu, very good dishes and with an excellent value for money, very friendly service. It will undoubtedly become my place of reference when I am in the area

Great discovery. Restaurant with refined tastes and high quality raw materials. Beautiful location, very intimate and relaxing, the table on the mezzanine near the fireplace is really beautiful. Very nice and attentive service, not too intrusive, very pleasant. Beyond the applied discount of The Fork, the price is perfectly in line with how much eaten. A rarity. Really super recommended.
