Wingstop - Schiller Park

Stopped by the new Wingstop in Schiller Park this evening for dinner and was pleased with my order. The inside is very new the staff was getting into the motion of it all. My order took about ten minutes and the staff was really nice through the whole process. There's a seating area inside, but I didn't use it. It was already evening time and opted to wait in my car until the order was done. I ordered 15 Chicken Tenders with fries and Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce and Ranch for two people. The chicken was really good. I thought it would be weird that they weren't sauced up, but the chicken was great with the sauce and on it's own. The fries were delicious and the portion was big so there was more than enough. I have some chicken leftover for lunch tomorrow. There is parking on site it's free. There's only a few spaces, but they don't fill up since the space is new. The parking lot is kind of tight, but it helps that it's all one way parking so it's easier to move around.

Ordered my food online to make the process quicker, arrived at store grabbed my order once I got home I realized half my order was missing and or wrong. When I called back I was told there was no manager to speak with and that he would attempt to fix my order. How do you attempt to fix an order? Long story short I ended up paying for a full order of thigh bites and only receiving 3 I ended up buying a bundle with corn and only receiving 5 pieces of corn when the norm is usually 10. This will be my last time here. These kids clearly don 't care

If I could give 0 stars I would! They have gone way downhill from a couple months back. I placed an order through Uber eats and waited over 45 minutes for them to finish preparing my food. I ordered my wings WELL DONE and they were the squishiest wings I?ve ever ate I had to peel the skin off because it was making me nauseous. To top it off my wings were not only cold and soggy but I got soggy and cold fries and a chicken sandwich.

I AM SO DISGUSTED, WHO SERVES PEOPLE RAW CHICKEN , YOU HAVE 1 JOB MAKE SURE ITS COOKED. CALLED UP THE PLACE THEY OFFERED ME TO REMAKE LIKE REALLY IM NACIOUS FROK THIS WHY WOULD I EVER WANNA EAT THIS AGAIN NO APPLOGIES NOTHING THE KID AT THE COUNTER WAS MORE WORRIED THAN MANAGEMENT JUST HORRIBLE , SCHILLER PARK DO BETTER AND I PRAY I DON'T GET SICK BECAUSE YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY AND I WILL POST ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT

This location can be a hit or miss. This time my food was prepared perfect. But I came a week prior and the Koren BBQ had a burnt taste and the sauce was BLACK. So I knew something was wrong. Just threw it all out smh. So there are days when the cook is on point then there's days where I can't believe it's wingstop. Consistency is key.
