Yokohama Ramen Saito - Schiedam

As a seasoned ramen lover, I can indeed see the hype. The soup and noodles were both delicious, and tasted authentic. However the restaurant has a bit of a weird vibe.. feels more like a takeaway place with some cheap tables and chairs. Felt very messy and disorganised Just like a outdoor street food place in Japan, rather than a sitdown restaurant in Europe. Also there was a couple in front of us who took about 15 mins to order, and we had to wait for them before we were seated. Once we ordered and sat down, the rest was fine!
