Beautiful typical Franconian brewery inn with first class local cuisine, of course the carp or drink on the menu cannot be missed in a small place on the edge of Franconian Switzerland. In order to eat in the cozy rooms, you can drink the in-house beer, either the slightly smokey land beer or a noble dark. In summer a beautiful beer garden awaits visitors. The service is very attentive and on Zack . Here you can also stay good and cheap!
Würgau, in a corner of Franconian Switzerland, must show in addition to other locals the Gasthof Hartmann brewery. Not too far from two motorways, therefore ideal for traffic, but still in silence. In the meantime we had planned a good and half an hour for our stay in order to arrive at an appointment in time, were spent almost 45 minutes. The additions to the baked sea salmon. The festive soup was delivered as it was announced on the map: broth and three components. The broth was very quiet, although a promising color and probably made in the house, but too little seasoned. What was also discouraged on two contents: the bottle I have already seen in packs, and the Grieskloß. Unfortunately, both parts of the soup were hardly seasoned. Here should be urgently updated if soup is so standard. Keep the liver dump. It was well seasoned, unfortunately with a side taste, to have the liver occasionally. In the end, I must say that I was tired, but everything else was satisfied. Conclusion: The soup was a small pure fall, the fish was above average good. Homemade does not appear with all components, but the cook seems to appreciate what makes sense and what does not. I will always come back and try one of the tasty looking Scavengers that are served during the stay at the neighboring table.
