The server brought out the beverages stacked in his hand instead of using a service tray and spilt them on our table. He stopped at another table to take their order before bringing us any napkins which resulted in my church friend and daughters clothes getting wet and us having to use our napkins that were wrapped around our silverware. When he brought our food out again, he used his arms so my pancakes had his thumb in them and I watched him angling the plate to slide the topping from my tres leches pancakes from his wrist back onto the plate. I immediately let him know to go ahead and take these , I wasn 't going to eat them that 's ridiculously unsanitary. I asked if he could just take them off the bill at this point we waited 38 minutes for our food and had to leave. He said sure took them back and never checked on anyone to refill beverages. When we had to ask for our check the pancakes were still on the bill. I will never go to this location unless a manager or corporate reaches out to us. This is the worst service I ever experienced at an IHOP and I 've been a rewards member for years and take my daughter every Sunday before church.

I am sad to report that my latest trip to this usually reliable breakfast spot was an utter letdown in every way possible. Firstly, despite specifically asking for the Thick 'N Fluffy French Toast Combo, I ended up receiving some strange concoction known as Build Your French Toast instead; needless to say these two items are worlds apart both taste-wise price point wise $13 vs $8 ! . Secondly their staff Adell H showed great indifference when taking care of basic necessities like replenishing beverages which makes me wonder what exactly went awry! Lastly lackadaisical attitude towards maintaining common areas such as floors could use major improvements.

An hour wait for just 4 people… almost empty and still took an hour for an order of 4 people, somehow the kitchen was very very busyJust find another place

The chocolate chip pancakes! Like brownies for breakfast! Amazing! Eggs Benedict also was delicious! Decent service, clean, inexpensive breakfast.
