I enjoy Red Robin's food and had it in different places. I would give my opinion on the preparation of the food and quality of the service, but I did not even get that far. Hostess/Hosts must be better when it comes to estimated waiting times. They told my friend and I that waiting for immersion would be about 20 minutes. We agreed and wanted to wait in our car. We decided to drive because we were very hungry and decided to wait in another restaurant, sit, order our food, start eating our food when we finally got a text from Red Robin that our table was ready.... an hour and a half later! Exceptional

Party of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children... $72... The food was really good... just a little shocked at the bill. Probably not going to come back unless its just me and the wife.

Food was good. Just clean a bit better please. You should not be calling us to the table where you then have to tell us to wait to wipe it down. How about not sitting people in the same tables as the last customers right away and rotate them being used to let them air dry after being clean.

I tried crispy chicken sandwich and it was perfect! The staff super nice and welcoming! They even clean and sanitize your table in front of you before you sit down to make sure everything is clean!!!
