Cicis Pizza - Schererville

Today, my two sons and I decided to have a late lunch at Cicis. Unfortunately, my one-year-old son does not drink carbonated drinks. After we paid for the buffet and drinks, we realized that the soda machine only had carbonated drinks. I asked the manager if we could exchange the drinks for a free water cup, and he was very friendly and apologetic. He explained that they had more customers than expected and sent someone to the store to get a non-carbonated drink for my son. This level of customer service is truly exceptional! Thank you for being so accommodating and exceeding our expectations. We will definitely be returning and recommending Cicis to others. Despite being an affordable pizza buffet, Cicis truly offers world-class, five-star customer service.
