Life Cafe - Schaumburg

Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. 

This is a mess around there a renovation and so much dust around, noise!

First time there today All Signed Up Everyone was Outstanding n the Whole Loving place looks awesome way way way better than where I used to go A Plus Plus Plus Plus

I think it's a little pricey but the food is okay it's healthy for you at least in the service I give it five stars just a little bit too pricey for me

First day there very impressed can't wait to go swimming in the morning the pool looks marvelous
