Bidrage med feedbackI used to love Dunkin coffee when it was robust. Today I got what can only be described as sock water disguised as coffee. One star for the bagel though, it was decent.
The avocado toast did not look like the advertised version and instead appeared as just a piece of bread with green mush. They only had one breakfast sandwich left. The staff member who took my order was not friendly and seemed to have an attitude. It must be frustrating for her to run out of inventory so early in the week. It seems like the management has not supported her, leading to her annoyed tone with customers. Overall, not a great experience.
I visited the restaurant today (10/22) and had an excellent experience. Lauren was incredibly friendly and one of the hardest working managers I have seen. She was multitasking by processing payments at the window and ensuring that drinks and food were served as quickly as possible. I definitely plan on returning!
This place really needs to improve their service. Why was there a 10 minute wait with only one car ahead of me? When I asked the unfriendly employee at the drive-thru, she said it was busy because there were only two of us working. Then she shrugged her shoulders. There was no apology or thank you for my patience. This was the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience ever!
My donut was very soft and fresh, and the egg and cheese was nice and warmed. Everything was fresh and the lady in the drive-thru made sure my order was correct. Not much wait either.
