Terrible service. If you don't pay for the all you can eat option they ignore you and for some reason they didn't want to give me any more of those cheap cheese ball things. And they forgot my Caesar dressing on top of ignoring us when we were there. Don't recommend. Sub sub par. Our family has been coming here since they opened and have never had a bad experience. It's one of our favorite places to dine. Food is always fresh and delicious, service is always excellent and prompt, and the restaurant is always clean with great music playing. While Texas and Fogo are good, we prefer coming to Brazil Express, and drive out of our way to do so. We feel the meats taste better, like the cozy atmosphere and the staff always make us feel like VIPs.
