Boston Market - Scarsdale

Turkey was dry and tasteless. Old?Mixed vegetables smokey and flavorless. Creamed spinach good. Very expensive. Could have gotten whole rotisserie chicken at Shoprite and sat down and eaten it there for $8. For what we paid at Boston Market could have had 4 chickens at Shoprite.

The food doesn't taste like Boston market.original chicken not seasoned, gravy is watery, corn wasn't drained and kernels low quality.cornbread dry and tasteless.fountain drink's not available.tastes like a cheap rip-off.

I wish I could give this zero stars! Placed a mobile order-WARNING DO NOT ORDER- they were sold out of all items and refused to refund me. Manager named Ramon laughed in my face and basically told me to try to call Boston market Monday to hunt down my money. Now I am out 102 dollars and no dinner for my family. I asked several times why they didn't call me to tell me they had NO items I ordered and they just shrugged their shoulders. This place will be out of business soon enough. Pathetic.

Very disappointed in one of my used to be favorite places to eat. The service was good (staff was friendly) BUT they didn't have many food options. They only had 1 chicken flavor, I would have settled for no flavor to be honest. The soda machine and ice weren't working but the worker gave us a cup with ice. The Mac and cheese was not like I remember it. Used to be nice and thick, this was soupy. Even the corn bread was flat. Would have let all that rock until I found out after ordering that their credit card reader was down and I ended up paying about $80 cash out of pocket. Had I known this sooner I could have made better choices in what I was going to take home or even go somewhere else to eat. Hope this review will prompt them to go back to what their company used to be like.. where my family enjoyed eating at.

Is very sad but boston market at Mount kisco is not the same food is not good i place orders doordash uber n always is missing something they dont have apple pie they send random things i called the store n the “manager” get so mad the last order the send me a chicken with a hig bite i tool picture i show to them n they said was the driver the bag was sealed i live less then 5 m from the store they dont give me no money back or replace the order is not the first time its been happening with a lot of people i thins is the employees dont care the jobs very sad i order mashpotatoe n they dont have gravy etc etc very sad also stop blaming the drivers bags are sealed
