Fantastic. Lovely fish and chips. Freshly cooked to order thick flake haddock and nice crispy chips. Friendly staff. Good value of money.

We have had fish and chips from here several times before and they have always been reasonable to good. Last night my family sat down to enjoy a rare meal together and all I can say is that the quality of the fish and chips was very poor. The fish was dry and not too fresh and the chips were simply soggy. One family member, who usually eats anything and everything left half of their fish and others of the family left roughly the same. It may have been an off night but with the price of fish and chips as it is these days I’m not going to chance it again.

Never paid £17 for a small fish n chips plus a regular fish n chips. Was expecting a nice meal but unfortunately the fish was tough and the batter poor.

Very small shop but everything is freshly fried. haddock and chips are best to try. highly recommended. polite staff, but only one thing cash only. wasn't a problem for us as cash point is only 1 min walk from the chip shop.

Always top quality fish,well cooked.CHips could be cooked a bit longer so they are crispier and not soggy
