Firstlight Trust - Scarborough

I had a lovely cup of tea and enjoyed a delicious homemade scone at Scarborough Caffe last week. The staff were extremely friendly and it was wonderful to learn that all profits support military and emergency service veterans.

I have been regularly visiting the Gosport shop since it opened in March. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a NAAFI, very relaxed and friendly with everyone chatting, including the lovely staff. They serve large coffees and teas, as well as delicious cakes. All the proceeds from the cafe and the sale of donated items go towards supporting local veterans. They are dedicated to helping veterans from the military and emergency services.

I could not ask for better people to help veterans than this if I have problems as veteran myself, the atmosphere is fantastic, I increased £440 for them in 2016.

A nice little place, helping blue light services and ex military,will use again when in Scarborough.

Nice drinks and friendly staff with lovely atmosphere. Really recommend
