Tim Hortons - Scarborough

No good experience. there were 2 donuts that I ordered by mobile pick-up not available (consider that this is the afternoon, not as if it is late in the night.) so we had to get other items. but then I also ordered a medium double double. they gave the coffee, took it home, then they literally realized it was black. no sugar or cream. they shouldn't have made so many mistakes and so understated. I expected so much better from this tim hortons. Maybe we're going to dieucks.

I went to this location order a small coffee and small lemonade for my kids. I asked extra cup(paper cup)for my kids because they are going to share the lemonade.The lady (manager)refused to provide extra cup for no valid reason.What a shame! very poor customer service and dirty location.

Thank goodness I had wipes to clean the tables. They’re forgotten about these days.Large seating area standard menu. Bathrooms locked (need to ask).For vegan or plant based, stick to basic drinks and peanut butter bagels. Currently they have some very very sweet oat milk coffee options.

I been to many Tim Hortons but the lady here (chumey) or something on her name tag is such a great soul. She treats everyone with so much love, it’s always a great experience while she is at work.

Worst Tim Hortons ever.I had to pee, much to my chagrin. ?I don't think the bathrooms have ever been cleaned and there is no TP.The entrance and exit door are filthy as well..I do not recommend at all.Drive out of your way to avoid this location.I'd give no stars if that was an option.?
