Tim Hortons - Scarborough

My first time trying Tim Hortons and I’m not disappointed! It’s actually very affordable and tasty. I paid $8 dollars for the peach drink and the crispy chicken sandwich. It’s a very popular place, worth trying!

I visit this unit in Tim Hortons frequently. Even though the service is quick, some staff are indifferent and rude. They speak in a language other than English among themselves. It will be good, when they speak in English when customers are there and be more polite and understanding.

Wish I can give them ZERO Star. Terribly rude guy with short beard. Terribly rude and arrogant a woman with mask on. sounded indian decscent. We ordered Iced coffee and steep tea well stirred. But the aforementioned employees are shameless, arrogant , rude and bizzare. NO greeting at all, tea tasted hell. I hate these two employees.

Went Thursday about 815, EVERYONE was cleaning but one person. So she was doing cash, and filling orders. I wasn't waiting 10 minutes for a coffee.

I went upstairs to Tim Hortons and I witnessed a rear incident, I could not believe it. The manager Paolo was extremely rude to a TTC bus driver, he told her to stay in line for a cup of coffee, and she said us bus drivers only have max 3 minutes to run up and get a cup of coffee and can't wait for 20 mins in a line-up. Paolo told her to go somewhere else and get herself coffee.I WAS PERSONALLY VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH PAOLO'S BEHAVIOR.WE ALL KNOW THAT BUS DRIVERS WORK VERY HARD TO RUN THE CITY ON TIME BUT THIS RUDE MAN FELT POWERFUL BY REFUSING A PERSON WHO IS TAKING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TO THEIR DESTINATION ON TIME.I wish Timmy's can give better mannerism training to people like Paolo
