Tim Hortons - Scarborough

You gave me the wrong item. I ordered 3 ice cap but you gave me 3 medium coffee. The kids are not drinking cofee. What im gonna do with this? :

I always get a welcoming sense from the staff at this location. There's never a dull moment. I love the way they treat their regular customers.

Decent Timmies but no fireplace. Only 1 cashier was open when I went and it was somewhat busy. No drive-through either.

Staff is rude and LAZY. i ordered an ice cap with whipped cream and saw her putting the cream from the bag which was almost finished. She just added a touch of whipped cream on my coffee and served. So lazy to open new packet of whipped cream to add to drink, i told them to atleast add enough to it they started arguing with me even though it was not a rush hour and there was nobody else in the line. Saying it is how it is, as if I know nothing! Come on that’s not kind of customer service we ask for

Very poor customer service especially from the ladies working there. They don’t even know how to serve the food to their customers. I would mention their attitude towards us. They treat us very badly and we can notice it in their face. They don’t even listen to us when serving the food. Very bad impression. Happens multiple times.
