The small kitchen, same as mine at home, has 2 cooks no gloves or masks, and a dirty ladder beside the fridge and sink. The mushroom melt... It was just that. Just one location . Myself, no matter where you want to eat. Get off your ass and walk inside.
This restaurant is awful!!! When we walked in, we couldn't even figure out where the line began or ended. There were about twelve frustrated people waiting to order toppings for their burgers or hotdogs. We waited for eight minutes and the same customer was still at the counter. We eventually gave up and left. The drive-thru also seemed slow so we decided not to bother and left. The only positive thing I can say is that the Wi-Fi signal was strong and easy to connect to. Would I come back? Definitely not! Plus, there are no Pokestops or gyms, and only a few Pokemon around.
I visited Harvey's at the intersection of Morningside and Milner on January 26, 2019, at approximately 1:30pm. As I placed my order, my hamburger was quickly placed on my tray while the worker fetched my drink. I observed some fries sitting under the heat lamps, and after a wait of at least 5 minutes, those same fries were added to my tray. Upon reaching my table, I found the fries to be very dark in color. Despite trying a few pieces, I found too many small, crispy bits to fully enjoy them. Additionally, my hamburger bun was cold as it had been sitting on the tray without any source of warmth. As I took a few bites of my burger, I found both the cold, burnt fries and the cold hamburger to be unappetizing. I requested to speak with the manager, and when he arrived at my table, I expressed my disappointment with my meal (a first for me at Harvey's). The manager claimed the fries were hand-cut that day, but I argued that they were still overcooked. When I mentioned the cold bun, he attributed it to my choice of having three tomatoes on it, which I found to be an unreasonable explanation. The manager displayed a lack of customer service skills, offering no apology and instead placing blame on me. I understand the need for him to support his team and company, but shifting the blame onto me was inappropriate. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this location.
I was given the wrong pie at Harvey's, so I went back for a refund. However, they shorted me the cost! I am extremely disappointed. The customer service was already bad, but to make the same mistake again is unacceptable. The standards at Harvey's have definitely dropped. I will never spend my money here again. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last. I will not be wasting my money at Harvey's ever again. Shame on you!
Service was fast and friendly, food was perfect, order was perfect, restaurant clean. Happy! Will return again!!
