Family atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff . good guitars with river shrimps, excellent roasting. the dinner ended with the sweets kindly offered by the house we suggest to accompany with a good liquor to licorice. to try

We ended up here because all the other restaurants in town were busy (covid+local festival). The portions were generous, the food was average: not bad, but nothing special either.

We stopped here for an outdoor lunch before leaving Scanno. Old forniture and not well looked after on the outside. Friendly and polite staff. Medium quality food and prices on the average (pasta and meat for about 25€ including beverages). Not so good to come back.

My wife and I enoyed an evening meal here on our last night of our break in Scanno. We had walked past it several times, but following a reccomendation from a local bar owner we gave it a try. Food was really good, skewers of mutton a delight. The young lady serving did her best, my awful Italian, her slightly better English. Some interesting rugby momentoes in the bar, worth going in just to see that. Very good value, was surprised at the low prices.
