No improvisation! experience that breaks and however you need respect and admiration for small quality premises! Best regards
The place looks good, especially at the entrance. the classic bar-pasticceria with a beautiful display of sweets and ice creams and wines and liqueurs, but the inner gooses know more than a retrobottega adapted to the restaurant. one of these rooms gives on a terrace garden where in the beautiful season it must be pleasant to have a good granite. We settled in this room, nine people locked in a table eight, between the bathroom and the window door opening on the terrace where other customers were sitting. very uncomfortable, organized to the best, therefore, between cold air currents, incursions of children and customers who needed to oare the toilets. the unjustifiably slow service, more than half an hour between one course and the other, not only increased the discomfort for this improvised accommodation despite the reservation made well in advance. it would have been better to be arranged more comfortably in the garden between two heating mushrooms. the ordered apericena was a persevering disappointment protracted for the long three hours spent at the table. three courses, one more disappointing than the other by quantity and above all by quality. the first dish was composed of three insipid croquettes and a large slice of bread, it wanted perhaps to be a crouton, with a veil of avocado cream, some strips of salmon and an egg in a malcotta and cold shirt (at least mine). Technically, it was hard to eat it! pause of more than 30 minutes waiting for the second dish: a fruit sauce with a handful of butterflies in pink sauce with, probably, some salmon crumbs. another long break. third dish: four (or maybe five) bruschette to start among nine people still half hungry. the dessert arrives in reasonable times and fortunately meets the favor of almost all the commensali and softens somehow the very salty account of 217.10 €. even in the aperitif's house, in the so-called mile drinking, we had seen such a disproportionate account in front of some goto without infamy and without praise that is sold for apericena. very painful notes: bathroom indecorous for a public place. brooms, rags and buckets at the entrance, doors without keys, hygiene sum.

By far the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The very passionate cafe owner let me and my father try a bit of his flagship lemon ice cream and orange ice cream. We were immediately shocked by the taste. In addition, we are both Italian and have had our fair share of ice cream through the years, but this was a completely different dimension. Worth a detour just for the ice cream. Do not miss!!
The best quality of Sicilian gelato, and top quality granita messinese (ice cold crushed fruit juice or chocolate or coffee, similar to ice cream). You 'll find fruit flavours with local products.
