We had the most amazing anti pasti, beautifully presented! Can recommand the oyster (gillerdeau)!! Very kind waiter!! Super nice evening!!
Had dinner here with a family of 7. We felt welcome from the moment we entered until we left the restaurant again. In between we had 2 hours of excellent hospitality with the best fish dishes we had in a very long time. Aqua Sale is not a cheap restaurant but it is worth every cent. We can only highly recommended this restaurant.
Thanks to a friend's hint I stopped over for lunch and I will never thank my friend enough for such a great suggestion! Service was quick and impeccable, their plates were so fresh we could eat crudities, which looked yummy and smelled so fresh, with no concern and they tasted amazing. Spaghetti ai frutti di mare were so tasty and al dente I never had anything better in my entire life. Food was paired with a Cantine Mustilli wine and the pairing was just perfect. The waiter was eager to help us and suggest us plates depending on our likes and also to the catch of the day (that's why their seafood is so fresh)! I'd rather stick with a place where they serve you a few outstanding plates depending on what they actually catch, versus restaurants with long menus where they have to make these plates available regardless of quality.

Every now and then you return to the chef giorgio, always welcoming environment, kitchen in sight, no retro smell. Card menus or quality courses. You always cook thinking about someone, otherwise you're getting ready to eat. On the other hand, in the world of cooking, surviving is not the strongest, nor the smartest, but the most responsive chef to changes ... if you are not able to some witchcraft as you know to make the chef giorgio, it is useless to take care of the kitchen. Moreover, seduce a guest, especially when they coincide is always the extreme refinement and absolute simplicity of the dishes presented. that you want it or not, a good dish is also discovered, enthusiastic, amazed, if not all this would be called only food. writing is a person who of restaurants turned around. I recommend switching from chef giorgio. I repeat it because I read a negative review. ... be serious. when a plate delays means preparation ESPRESSA...not precooked pasta as in other restaurants assembly chain... six in the dish I had not found clams or other fruits instead of writing , I would have called directly the chef, always available to comparison and public relations between the tables.
