Bidrage med feedbackSavannah is famous globally for its history, riverfront boulevard, and delicious pralines. Pralines are a type of confection filled with nuts and coated in caramel. One of the few places where you can find all three of these things in one spot is Savannah Pralines, also known as the savanna candy store. Located on the riverside, you can watch steamboats and barges pass by while listening to live jazz music. Inside the candy store, you can watch as they prepare the sweet treats right in front of you, including pralines, caramel apples, peanuts, fudge, chocolates, and more. And if you're a fan of sweets, the friendly staff may even offer you a sample of something freshly made. Just be careful, as the candy is very hot and can get quite sticky in your mouth, capable of pulling out a small filling with just one bite.
Savannah is known worldwide for Gone with the Wind, its riverfront boulevard, and its pralines. Pralines are a type of nut-filled nougat candy, but covered in caramel. One of the few places that can bring together these three things in one place is Savannah's Pralines, also known as Savannah Candy Store. Right on the riverfront, watching the paddle boats and steamships pass by while listening to a jazz band play, you can enter Savannah Pralines and watch as they prepare the caramel right in front of your eyes, which you will later indulge in. Not only do they make pralines, but also caramel apples, peanuts, nougats, chocolates, and all sorts of sweet treats you can imagine. And if you befriend the candy maker, they might even give you a little taste of the fresh caramel they are making at the moment. However, be careful because the caramel is very hot and can become extremely sticky in your mouth, capable of pulling out a tooth with just one bite.
