Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Savage

We used to go to the Tropical smoothie cafe in Fargo ND and loved their smoothies. I hope the food at this place is better than their smoothies because unfortunately I was disappointed. First to start off, the gentleman behind the counter looked unimpressed with his own job and was not welcoming or even helpful in terms of the menu. I watched them make the smoothies and they continually added water to thin it out. I assumed it was too thick to blend but after tasting it I believe it might be a way to cut down on ingredients because it seriously lacked any type of flavor whatsoever. For 8.00 a smoothie I was really needing more than they gave. Sorry guys, I hate leaving poor reviews but something needs to change here. The only reason it is even getting 3 stars is because I know the one up in Fargo is good.

Not a great experience with tropical smoothie! I ordered on door dash and got a Turkey bacon ranch sandwich but when it came there was no ranch or lettuce or tomatoes like their usually is?.then I called them and no one answered. I usually have great reviews for tropical smoothie but idk what happened tonight. Hopefully they can work on better customer service in the future!

Fast and friendly service ALWAYS! Great smoothies. GREAT FOOD! would not recommend the sweet potatoes. They?re very dry. Other than that, everything tastes perfect! ?

First visit was amazing. They're offering a chocolate strawberry smoothies I was definitely gonna try that!! Ordered online for pick up. Got blended ice without chocolate. Trying to enjoy, but so massively disappointed ?. There's no creaminess (yogurt, protein powder) there's no banana flavor, there's DEFINITELY no chocolate. Called and no answer on the phones. Since the change of property, this place really went to the hill. smootheias are very bland tasting in contrast, if it is under previous property. we miss the old tropical smoothie cafe in savage so much! the bathroom is disgusting. the owner has put all his shreds always on a table .very cheesy. the owner is fast to make sure and throw away their acknowledgement, so they do not honestly review and in opposition, so they do not receive the attached good certificate. cheap and sticky sums this place. regrettable that this place is in the wrong hands. the young employees are great, but they are obviously under very bad management.
