Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

Poor staff would let me customize a sandwich at counter even though food was still being served bacon sausage no egg farmers wrap is not very hard ... if i pay for it should be able to ... one of the only tim hortons that doesn't do uber .. regular drug addict

I do drive through. The people at the window have great smiles. Friendly and polite. Food is always good. Margaret is a great manager and trains her staff wonderfully.

Everything tastes alright, Service is alright too no complaints. I order from here almost everyday and it's 50/50 if your order is wrong or right. The workers are pretty understanding and nice when you tell them your order was wrong.

Great staff here. always busy, but lines move fast.

Long drive-thru lineups in the morning. Good customer service.
