Gluten-free six inch subs. You choose the meat and the blows of your choice. They changed their gloves for me, asked no questions. Double parchment paper to cover it. Very nice staff. A humble dollar for gluten-free bread. I'll take it.

It was impressed that the server did the following: Wash her hands and put new gloves on asking if I had meat from the back / cross contamination concern for meat in the portion of cool gluten-free rolls

Big Sub! Asked if I had an allergy, modified gloves, made sure that it did not contact the counter to limit any cross-contamination.

Wonderful! bun was frozen but toasted perfectly on its own paper liner. did a nice job keeping clean gloves and also had a gluten free brownie wrapped individually!!

Great GF sub. Light and fluffy. Seem celiac aware. Asked are you allergic? Paper towel placed on tray before toasting. Recommended?
