East End Husky - Sault Ste. Marie

Based on reviews of this restaurant decided to try it out for breakfast 1. Cost is similar to the Breakfast Pig but there I eat my meal not leave it for the garbage 2. Tried the peamale bacon it eas s mouthful of grease. This type of bscon is supposed to be slow cooked not donr on high heat as a result it was tough and the amount of grease on the plate scary 3. Scrambled eggs are supposed to be mixed then cooked these were mixed on the griddle whites and a couple of yellow areas so they too got left on the plate. No fluffy eggs that I had ordered 4. Home fries with no flavour 5. Toast only half buttered and no name spread not jam Had expected a decent breakfast based on the reviews but this did not come close Coffee was acceptable but not great at %3.50 I was expecting a rich full bodied coffee. Tims is better and cheaper So to those of you who think that this place serves an awesome breakfast continue enjoying. Me I will stick with the Pig snd being able to enjoy the walk to the location. PS 4 others there so I guess that I am not the only onr that thinks that the parking lot at the Pig was full

The service at this restaurant is consistently good, making it a great option for retired individuals who enjoy sleeping in and still want to grab breakfast. While the food was decent in the past, there has been a noticeable decline in quality over the last few months. The food seems to be overcooked, missing ingredients, or even bordering on spoiled. It appears that either the management has changed or they have become lax in overseeing the staff and food quality. Despite the higher prices compared to other restaurants, the service and convenience used to be worth it. However, I can only give two stars for the service as the food quality has been disappointing. We may give it another chance, but if things don't improve, we will look for another place to dine.

I usually don't expect much from restaurants located at gas station truck stops, but let me tell you....I have visited The Breakfast Pig many times and it doesn't compare to this humble diner. We paid less than we did at The Breakfast Pig and received better service, nearly double the amount of delicious food (we had to take some home for tomorrow), and overall much better dining experience. After visiting The Husky, I know I will never go back to The Breakfast Pig! Pro tip: Ask for your home fries to be cooked well-done for a slightly crispy outside and tender inside. Yum!!

It was with some trepidation I was taken with family to the Husky. I did not expect such efficiency considering the actual day and amount of customers. I had a Convoy breakfast and was delighted with it. Our server, though busy as all get out, was first class. We all tucked in to the very palatable food served. Amazing the fast time considering the crowd of customers.

I stop at the Husky whenever i am driving through Sault Ste Marie Ontario. The food is plentiful and the service is awesome. Meal arrives fast and is hot. You won't be hungry when you leave. Looking forward to my next trip to the Sault
