There were flies everywhere and couldn't really enjoy any food without becoming a hawk over your meal. Play area was gross and is caked in sticky dirtiness on the bottom, the handle for the door of the play area is broken off and sharp. Every time we are at this location, there is vulgar music blaring in the background! The indoor playground is unsanitary! Customer service is non-existent! Employees taking orders always sound annoyed and don't want to be there! Get new management and review your employees tone in their dialogue with customers! I would rather go into St Cloud or Sartell to get Burger King rather than go to this Sauk Rapids location! Food: 1
