Sauk-prairie Grill - SAUK CITY

Our first visit to Sauk Prairie Grill. I liked the varieties offered on there menu. The quality of food was great and plate presentation was also very nice. Service was prompt and often checking to see if there was anything else we needed. I would recommend Sauk Prairie Grill to others.

Have never had a bad meal or experience here. The food is really fantastic. Wait staff are good too. Can't recommend the Sauk-Prairie Grill enough.

So not impressed. Way over priced for what you get. Nothing seemed fresh except for the omlettes, and I've never seen so much orange food. The biscuits were orange and left out, the potatoes were orange, old, and hard. The fried chicken was over cooked and orange. The sausage was under cooked and mushy. The French toast had a nice cinnamon flavor.....too bad it was obviously sitting for quite some time as it too was hard and cold. I wish I could say the mimosas were thebest, but the best part of those was the price. With the reopening we had higher expectations. The server was not very friendly. Just all around not very good.

The squash soup was so wonderful that it should be a dessert option. The Friday fish fry was by far one of the best! Not the typical fritted fatty versions. This is now a Friday evening dinner destination option. Worth the ride from Madison. Will be back soon!!

Love this place! We were here today. The staff is cheerful and sweet. They feel like home and it is very welcoming. The food was delicious! I highly recommend this place. We came to Eagle Watch. The two-hour drive was worth it! Very nice place! Do not forget to get a cake, muffin or cinnamon roll. Enjoy!
