Tokyo Japanese Steak House - Saugus

Delicious and fun experience and I had great people around my table even though I went alone. It was amazing!

Sushi rice is not as high quality, very rough. The restaurant seemed to be owned by chinese, the chinese waiter that served us was rushing and didnt really let me finish my question bout the sushi and went on to take order from other person. Her attitude is cold and not welcoming. $60 for us with some simple make and beef rice is not worth it. I wont come back.

Bad place no manager in the restaurant,They give our table to another party because our party of 20 it was not complete missing 2 people that was running late 10 minutes !It was our daughter birthday party and they treat us with very bad attitude,no respect at all,my whole family have to leave and find another place to go and the worse thing was that, it was no manager at the restaurant to talk to ….So my advice is don’t plan any party at this restaurant they were very rude

It's a little odd because it's in the dying mall, but the food and service were great. We didn't get it, but the hibachi looked legit. People were laughing and screaming. Fun stuff. I'll eat here again.

Average Japanese place. As usual Asians just being forced to work long hours with probably terrible pay. Par for the course for poor management and end result attitudes. I'm saying it like it is. You can find many establishments serving the same food affair and genuine smalls of happiness and contentment.
