Charleys Philly Steaks - Saugus

Worst customer service ever. The guy gave us the wrong sandwich yet he's the one to get mad because we mentioned that he gave us the wrong one. He threw the sandwich in the trash and kept talking in a different language complaining, he was making us a new sandwich with an attitude, very unprofessional, I wouldn't come back here. Not happy with the service at all!

Pretty good for fast food but just a little to skimpy on the meat , it was good bread but would have appreciated a lot fuller sandwich. It felt like the Where's the beef commercial

Really good food. The subs just need to be bigger!!!

I really liked the food, but its overpriced and it's not the best food in the world. It's a quick bite to eat then getting back to shopping. The staff was rushing, and it was only two people working that day.

For a Philly Cheese Steak made outside of Philly they do a great job! The lemonade is very good too!
