Burger King - Saugus

I went to Burger king the other day used a coupon that Mom gave you or no oh well it was much cheaper to pay 7 something instead of 21.00

A bunch of spainish immigrants who don’t speak a lick of English , stop hiring these people if they don’t know common English !

My experience in this burger King is really badTheir is a staff member (Frank)have a really bad attitude when i ask him to use the burger king coupon his manners and attitude really bad and sudden his voice change and shout at me. And at that moment I ask him for a complaint letter and he said don 't have it . And to be honest I really don 't like how him treat us and by his tone. Please find someway to talk to this guy...
