The friendliness and attention that Fabiano and the other guy who served us gave us were an excellent accompaniment to the excellent dishes we enjoyed. Fassona and Chianina tartare, polenta taragna with mushrooms, parcels filled with porcini mushrooms, sage and truffle butter, spatzle with cheese fondue and finally pandoro to be pucciati in the cream. Restaurant managed with passion and competence by Fabiano and Antonia. The offer goes beyond the island's borders and brings the managers' experiences to the table. Excellent raw materials, tried Adele's pasta, Piedmontese rabbit and rags with gin. Excellent accompanying cannonau. Highly recommended. As far as we're concerned, we'll be back.
