Il Loggiato - SARZANA

I could write a poem to describe this place, starting from the marvelous interior, until the extremely kind and professional service. However, if I should summarise the whole in just a word, the first one coming to my mind is “amazing”. Because this is not just a restaurant as someone may usually conceive, this is an experience with capital E! The quality of the food is almost going in a second stage comparing to how your eyes will be caught by the enormous amount of decorations details, spread throughout the whole restaurant which neither seems actually a restaurant, but more a medieval villa where the time stopped at 1300. Even the cutlery seems coming from that time, massive but in the same time refined. Just to let you understand, with my wife and a friend of mine all of us living in Budapest we have already discussed to organise a flight to Pisa just to have a lunch/dinner here. All in all, if you are in Sarzana you cannot skip it, it’s a must see location!

We visited this restaurant during our holiday. The staff could not speak English, and were not open to (try to) explain any dish on the menu. The food was very good, but the staff was continiously in a rush and did not spend time with the customers

When you enter this restaurant you will be astonished. It is so wealthy decorated, but with taste, that you imagine yourself in another world. Even the fact that you find things stored everywhere has it’s charm. It even adds to the overall impression of this place. And the food is quite delicious as well. Maybe the potatoes coming with the duck breast were a bit too salty and we wondered what the oranges were doing with the tuna cubes, but the starters, like my flan with spinach and burrata accompanied by caramelised onions was exquisite! In addition to this the staff is really friendly. I fully recommend this restaurant!

Unique. Very beautiful. a jump in the past. a simple and genuine cuisine. I'm really surprised.

Above the ancient bakery of sarzana gems, hides a great and refined quality restaurant. the room consists of refined rooms where you can have lunch/ dinner in peace without noisy noise. the dinner flies thanks to the great and kind service. Don't miss!
