Mcdonald's - Sarpy County

It's McDonalds... unless you are new to the world, you pretty much know what you are getting into and how it should taste. Not amazing, but sometimes functional or downright cravable.This particular location is surprisingly bad at mixing up orders or messing up items in the drive thru in my experience... I think I had 3 in a row (1 voice and 2 app orders) that were incorrect before I decided to try and avoid them.

The food taste fine but they mess up my food half the time. They dont pay attention to tickets and thats probably because their overworked and short staffed, or they dont care. idk. i have a simple order i repeat often bcuz my eatting disorder is only letting me eat 1 meal a day and the times i do order from this location its a 50/50 if my order is correct and if ill b able to eat it or not.

I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal. Of course, they forgot the egg. By the time I noticed, I was home. I'm not going back to any Steve Leonard store.

THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER AGAIN! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE PROPERLY!

Went through drive up at 7:30 a.m. coffee was lukewarm at best. Got three biscuits (not all for me). Trust me they had been there awhile. The biscuits were crunchy and the cheese definitely dried. $20 for a breakfast we could barely choke down.
