Terra - SARENTINO

As we planned our fallvacation we stumbled across this restaurant and were amazed by the concept and the pictures. we were definitively overwhelmed by the experience we had. the menu contained throughout fantastic produce, great execution and presentation. service is friendly and the wines were nice, too. a place to return soon.

Presentations were stunning and only surpassed by the quality and taste of every dish. You have a choice of the tasting menu and the tasting menu, but they will serve a different tasting if you have dinner consecutive nights. No matter, though, as I would be more than pleased to have had the same both nights. Service was efficient and friendly and my wine pairing perfect. The sourdough bread that came between was even paired wonderfully with a beer. It was an unforgettable dinner and experience.

I write this review after more than 10 year of regular visits to Terra. I have no more words to describe this place: at Terra one literally enters into dream made of poetry, intelligence, phantasy, kindness... all on the solid basis of an endless series of unbelievable ingredients and astonishing cooking techniques. Much more than a must go , Terra is an experience beyond any expectation.

The Michelin award gives all the reasons to go. We experienced a great dinner with creative use of the natural ingredients that made a richness in flavors we enjoyed fully.

Small alpine restaurant with very well deserved two michelin stars. Creative, but not top creative, local-inspired food. The full 10 course tasting menu is highly reccomended with the fish-dishes as the highlight. Highly recommended. Breakfast from the same kitchen was also excellent.
