Kfc - Saratoga Springs

Ordered 3 pc breast meal menu says comes with 2 sides biscuit and drink only got 1 side mashed potatoes. Chicken under cooked very disappointed. The store in Malta is much better than saratoga and the don't rip you off. When I called the store theemployee was very snotty and mean yelling at me for their screwup! Won't be back. I'll go to Malta kfc.

My boyfriend and i went through the drive-thru to buy ourselves some lunch. We got the 8 piece tender family meal and they never asked what sides I wanted, and was going to give us coleslaw and mash potatoes. We got French fries instead of the coleslaw butthe box for the fries wasn't even filled all they way :

November 5th we went to KFC and everything was delicious the chicken was crispy not greasy the potatoes coleslaw gravy was great. Periodically we have been there and it's been terrible today was delicious hats off to the chef keep it up

I was at this location on the morning of 9-01-2022, and I had a rather unpleasant experience. The food was good, and the cashier on register (woman in her 40s) was extremely pleasant, and she should be given the job of her supervisor, who was extremelyrude. Firstly, I was the first customer in the store, I ordered two large fries (one for each member of the party) and I hear ajoke from the kitchen: ?First customer of the day orders two large fries?.... and then the response from the supervisor/managerguy was ?yep it?s the first of the month, disability day!!!? And then they both shared a laugh. I felt this was completelyinnappropriate, it?s not their business how their customers are paying for their food. I am a retail worker just like them whoworks for every penny I have, but that?s besides the point. They could have made someone who was hungry feel really ashamed andawful for ordering food. I was going to let it slide and just roll my eyes about it, but when I went back in to get sauce, thesame supervisor guy barked at me saying ?the sauce is already in the bag!? Which come to find out was true, but I never askedfor sauce and they just assumed I wanted honey mustard apparently, I don?t like honey mustard and never would have asked for it.If he just gave me some Buffalo sauce i would have kept my mouth shut about the whole thing, but as a retail worker myself, Ifound the level of unprofessionalism and the cocky attitude towards customers was inexcusable. The supervisor/manager guy inquestion is a black male in his 20s with large breasts.

Ordered the 8 piece meal. Extra crispy and substituted for 3 breast and 5 thighs. 1st, only received 2 breast and 6 thighs. 2nd, there was barely any meat on the chicken. SAD, especially when I paid Xtra for substitution and the prices are high, justlike other things. Very disappointed
