Pizza Hut - Sarasota

I am updating my review because when I called today, the manager resolved the issue and took care of the customers, which was appreciated. From one star to four stars. Last night, I went to pick up my pizza and requested curbside delivery. When I arrived and gave my name, I was informed that my order was not in the system. I mentioned that my payment had been processed and questioned why my order was not ready. The employee stated that it would take 45 minutes to make the pizza. I explained that a pizza should not take more than 15 minutes to prepare. I requested either a refund or for my order to be made as I was already there. The employee eventually agreed to refund my payment as their system showed no record of my order. However, a day later, I have not received my money back nor have I received my pizza. I am disappointed with the service, especially the employee I spoke with, who was not willing to fulfill my paid order. Unfortunately, you have lost my business.

The pizza was piping hot, cooked to perfection, and generously topped. The boneless garlic parmesan wings were absolutely delicious!

Pizza was hot and fresh when I got it. Ot was actually earlier than expected. The delivery driver was very nice.

I had requested extra marinara sauce with my order, but it was missing when it arrived. The driver kindly returned to deliver the sauce to me, which was greatly appreciated. I was very satisfied and impressed by his dedication.

When I called myself today, the manager solved the problem and took care of his customers what is all. a star to four stars. So last night I'm going to pick up my pizza and call her for picking up the order. I give my name and he says that my order is not valid. the system has gone down? I said yes, I didn't cancel my bank account. No, you still took my payment. how to make me the pizza I ordered quickly. he says well, it takes 45 minutes. I said a pizza should not last more than 15 minutes. I'm here and I'd like it if they could make my order. he says it takes 45 minutes. I said they already have my payment and I would like my order or if not refund my money. he says well that it will no longer be published at my end so that it will be refunded. so here it is a day later and my money has not returned and I have not got my pizza either. Too bad about these people and especially the guy I talked to, who was not willing to make my paid order. you lost my business.
