Mcdonald's - Sarasota

I love these mcdonald’s. I'll go every morning to get my caramel frappe. they know me now, I go so much. the morning staff is very friendly, especially the mgr. I would recommend this place.

I mean, it's mcdonalds lol the riders surprisingly not get soggy in the bag

I wish I could put no stars! 3 times I have come to lunch 3 different months and still cannot use a mobile app or points or manager outweigh the 20%. this place is just bad. it doesn't matter what time you are there. I thought of a sweet tee and they don't keep it on the counter, so I went inside-thru and got one, so I went in to eat my meal and she refused to turn around and get eye contact with me and fill my tea cup again! (Don't ask me about my reception for my tee) but she was quick to talk with ubereats. must have been a regular UberEats type that knows, but I stood up b4 went into the load and was still ingored by the woman with the zebra shower cap.

? AWFUL! 3pm drive-thru. Maybe had 2 customers in store. We had to wait for fries. We waited outside 20 minutes We ordered 2 fish sandwiches w/ Xtra tarter, crispy chicken sandwich and asked for Fresh fries. This was $17.03?! The chicken sandwich was not in the bag

On July 10th the General manager told their crew to close the window in my face apparently because I was using my mobile app and it was messing up their times. So according to this manager Andrea; their time is more valuable than getting the order right.
