As always the food was great, but the person taking our order put it in wrong.

It's a common occurrence to pay extra for toppings that you'll never get. Or to just get a completely different item.

Food was great (concrete mix-ins were pretty scarce), but somebody used my barcode number for rewards before I could. ?

First time ever going wasn't bad at all kinda like Culvers but no single cheeseburger should be $7.50 just the burger...
