California Pizza Kitchen Sarasota Priority Seating

Another good meal at cpk. had a nice meal with good service. will be back.

That was my first experience I had eaten in california pizza kitchen. I was looking forward to the meal, the menu looked wonderful. but eating was terrible. my daughter had pasta and had to send her back. I had an salate that was absolutely tasteless, and my mother had a garlic chicken pizza she needed a microscope to find the huh. it was very crowded and extremely loud that I could have forgiven if it was good. I don't give bad reviews very often, but I have to be honest. the priority seats were good as we sat in a reasonable time.

After we sit, everything went smooth. on Sunday, 19th august, we made a reservation for 1:15 o'clock. we arrived on time and checked with the hostess. she said she had released some tables and we would sit next. She was sitting about 4 parties before us. then two other parties went in and sat immediately. they were parties like us. Finally we sat after we asked them what happened to our reservation. She just said it was. we've visited here before and come quite often. we don't have this in the true cpk tradition.

Open table didn't help at all. from the bottom of the line to wait!

The food is innovative and tasty. Interesting menu and lots of choices that are different from other restaurants in the area. A good addition to Sarasota!
