Burger King - Sarasota

The restaurant was clean and all the employees were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't catch her name, but the lady at the front counter at the time (11:35AM 04/11/2022) was great and super polite. She informed my father about new menu items (he hadn't been to a Burger King in about 13 years), so we were able to order exactly what we wanted. She even went around to all the tables to check on customers and ask how their food was once the rush died down. This level of exceptional service is typically only found in sit-down restaurants, and was absolutely amazing compared to other fast food establishments where I am often ignored and have to wait an hour for a cheeseburger.

Every employee at this location in Burger King is friendly and committed to fast and accurate customer service. I literally go out of my way to promote this facility, simply because with confidence I know that the process will be efficient and my order will be accurate. If it is really your lucky day, you will be served by Sean, which is very fast, very personal and attentive to every detail of your order. It is rare to find such a powerful crew in a fast food restaurant, so I would encourage everyone in Sarasota to stop when you feel the need to “have it on your way!”

This was the best fast food experience I have had in recent memory! The customer service from all the employees we interacted with was excellent, but I must give a special mention to the woman who was working the register around 11:35 on April 11th. She was friendly and welcoming, and took the time to answer my questions about the new menu since I hadn't been to Burger King in a while. She made sure we had everything we needed for our lunch, and even took the time to check on us and other customers in the dining room when she had a moment. My son brought me here because he loves Burger King, although it wasn't my first choice. After such a pleasant experience and delicious lunch, I would definitely consider giving Burger King another chance.

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick meal for my family, but they ended up forgetting half of my order. I didn't realize until I got home. When I went back, they took care of it immediately and apologized. This is how service should always be! Keep up the great work on Clark Rd!
